Hypnotherapy is an outstanding catalyst for positive and profound change. I complement hypnosis with tailored skills training modules as an integral part of my approach to further instil the positive change and prepare my clients for future challenges and their own path of personal growth. Depending on the client such training can take elements of Relaxation skills, Resilience skills (particularly powerful for those struggling with work-related stress issues and anxiety) and assertiveness coaching which is truly life-changing.
I use the evidence-based methods of Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy from three practice locations in London – Bond Street, The City and Clapham. My speciality areas of therapy help those struggling with Anxiety and its many related symptoms although I offer my services to help other issues including many other phobias, persistent unwanted thoughts, compulsive behaviours, help to give up smoking, and overeating.
My aim is to put you back in control of your thoughts, feelings and emotions using skills training, techniques and insights from across the Cognitive-Behavioural and Hypnotherapy spectrum. All therapeutic methods used are tailored to your specific situation with our goals discussed and mutually agreed at the outset and a plan of therapy designed specifically to work toward them.
