Questions before you choose
Who is the training for?
The catalogue is aimed at therapists and therapists in training, with some courses also relevant to coaches and workplace wellbeing professionals. Check the requirements of your chosen course. If you trained elsewhere or are unsure about the Collection, contact us before booking so we can check suitability and membership access.
Are these live courses?
The Collection contains the listed digital, on-demand training. It does not include live course places. The Collection also includes three years’ Hub membership, which is separate from the recorded course catalogue.
How long will I have access?
See the access period stated alongside each booking option. The Collection includes three years’ Hub membership; its course-access period and membership dates will be stated with the package before purchase.
Does this include a qualification?
These are continuing-development courses, and completion requirements vary. The Children & Young People course, for example, has separate requirements for its assessed certificate. Check the course details for any assessment, coaching or additional fees. The CPD Collection does not enrol you on the Hypno-CBT® Diploma.
I already own courses or have Hub membership. What should I do?
Use the calculator to estimate your course allowance, then contact us to verify your purchases before paying. Select only eligible paid purchases that have not been refunded; do not include free or gifted access, or courses received within another package without checking with us. Hub membership is not part of this calculation. If you are already a member, contact us to confirm your membership dates and monthly billing arrangements.
I already bought the Ultimate Collection. Can I still claim?
Yes. The proportionate refund for eligible previous course purchases still applies. Use the calculator to estimate the amount and email enquiries@ukhypnosis.com with your order details. We will verify and arrange the refund.
