What the workshop covers?
The focus of this workshop is practical skill building.
You will learn how self-hypnosis works, why it can be effective, and how to use it responsibly for your own wellbeing.
The session is experiential. You will take part in guided hypnosis exercises and learn how to recognise your own responses.

What you will learn?
During the workshop you will learn how to:
• understand the difference between hypnosis and meditation
• recognise and work with hypnotic responses
• use deep relaxation to support emotional regulation
• create clear and effective positive suggestions
• use focused imagination to support change
• write and record a complete self-hypnosis script for your own use
You will be guided step-by-step through the process of creating a personalised 15 minute self-hypnosis recording that you can return to whenever you need it.
About the trainer
Mark R. Davis is the Principal and Lead Trainer at UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy, and a co-founder of Hypno-CBT®. He has over three decades of experience in hypnosis, psychotherapy, and professional training, and is known for his clear, grounded teaching style.
