The Hypno-CBT® Diploma: Fees and Enrolment
Level 5 Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Fees rise on 1st August
New fees from 1st August for October intakes onwards. All times UK.

Book before 1st August and keep today’s fees for any 2026 or 2027 intake.
From 1st August, new fees apply to intakes starting October 2026 onwards: the standard fee rises from £492/month (total £5,904) to £632/month (total £7,584). August and September intakes stay at current fees.
Why fees are rising: the new Hypno-CBT® model and College →The standard Diploma fee is 12 monthly payments of £492. This is the standard plan for our 12-month educational programme, not a finance product. Or pay upfront and save £1,116. If you need to spread the cost further, you can apply for the 24-month plan at no extra cost.
All fees include VAT. The Level 5 assessment fee (£495) is charged separately.

How the fee works
One fee, everything included for 12 months.
Your fee enrols you as a student of the College for 12 months and covers the complete practitioner pathway:
- The full Diploma training in your chosen format (Live-stream Webcast, Online, or Blended)
- One-to-one tutoring (18 hours on the Online format; format details on each booking page)
- 12 months of supervised practice sessions, up to four times per week
- 12 months of membership of the Hypno-CBT® Professional Hub
- The practice-building and business support library
Most students pay the standard fee monthly across the 12-month programme. If you prefer, pay upfront in one payment and save £1,116.
Fee questions
How do the monthly payments work? The standard fee is paid monthly over the 12-month educational programme, in the same way as a subscription or tuition instalments. This is not a loan or credit agreement, and there are no credit checks. However you are committing to 12 monthly payments.
Can I save by paying upfront? Yes. Pay the full fee in one payment of £4,788 and you save £1,116 against the standard 12-month fee.
What if I need to spread the cost further? You can apply for the 24-month plan: the same total as the standard fee, spread over 24 months at no extra cost. Availability is limited and subject to application. Talk to a Course Advisor.
What is not included in the fee? Assessment fees for the Level 5 Higher Diploma are charged separately at £495 (see below). Printed course materials are optional (£150 for UK students; digital materials are included free).
New prices for the October 1st intake onwards (which come into effect on 1st August) include both assessment fees and optional printed materials.
When do fees rise? On 1st August 2026, fees rise for intakes starting October 2026 onwards. August and September intakes remain at current fees. Enrol before 1st August to secure current fees for any intake.
