You will have 30 days after your purchase or up to the end of Day 3/Module 3 of the Diploma (whichever comes first) to decide if you think the course does not deliver on its teaching quality or content. If you think so, we will give you all of your money back.
If you request to cancel your booking before you have been granted access to the course materials or the start of the webcast course, a £100 administration fee will be applied.
After 30 days, no cancellation will be accepted, and the course fee will be due in full.
By this point, you will have had the opportunity to learn from 3 full days of teaching, videos and demonstrations (either live on the Diploma Course via webcast or pre-recorded with the online Diploma Course format), along with relevant scripts, slide presentations and materials.
If you are asking for a refund, you will need to send back the Course material and pendulum at your own cost if they were posted to you, you will also need to complete an exit Interview before we can process your refund. The exit Interview is important to us as we would like to understand why the training didn’t work for you; we constantly refine our courses through student feedback.
