Freelance Social Media Manager (Part-time, 2–3 days per week)
Remote (UK-based, ideally near London)
We’re looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to help us plan, create, and manage content across our social platforms. The role suits someone with strong video editing skills who can also bring creative ideas to life, especially from our recorded webinars and live events.
What you’ll do
- Edit and repurpose recorded webinars and talks into short, engaging clips for social media
- Help plan and post regular content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn according to social media strategy
- Contribute ideas for new, original short-form content (we can support with filming when needed)
- Write engaging copy for social media content, taking into consideration best practices for specific channels
- Organise content planning and deadlines (we use Asana, though experience with it is not essential)
- Design simple, branded visuals using Canva
- Support with podcast episode prep and promotion
- Edit and adapt clips from our Director’s talks, webinars, and interviews for personal brand content
What we’re looking for
Strong video editing skills (Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar formats) creating content that will resonate with our target audience
Confident using Canva for social design
Experience managing social accounts for a brand or organisation
Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently
UK-based, ideally within easy reach of London for occasional in-person filming
Nice to have
Experience with podcast production or promotion
Familiarity with tools like Asana and Descript
Details
Freelance, approx. 2–3 days per week
Flexible schedule (some regular availability preferred)
We’ll start with an interview and a paid trial task as part of the process
Compensation: £1,200 per month based on 3 days availability

Tutor / Coach for Diploma students
Have you completed your Diploma, built your practice and are you working successfully with clients using the Hypno-CBT approach?
We have a team of amazing coaches who support all our students through the Diploma. Dependent on when you completed the Diploma you may have had the opportunity to work with one of them. As the College grows we will be building this team and welcoming new coaches on board.
To become a coach you must be very well versed in the model and putting the approach into practise every day with your clients. You’ll need a minimum number of client hours which will be discussed during the assessment process. You’ll also need to be attending regular supervision and be a member of one of the professional bodies.
You’ll coach students on the Diploma content as well as supporting their personal transformation and business skills development, as part of our Helix programme. Above all you’ll be passionate with a desire to inspire.
