The Business Accelerator Intensive
The Business Accelerator Intensive consists of two distinct parts. A 2-day workshop followed by 28 days of implementation.
The 2-Day Workshop:
Before we can begin implementing your custom plan, we need to create it! This will be achieved over 2 consecutive days and will comprise of live group training, 1-1 coaching and exercises for you to complete.
We will cover four foundational elements over the 2 days:
Day One
- The Money – it'It's essential that your business provides the income to support your ideal lifestyle. We will create 3 revenue targets to work with and during the coaching element of this session, we'll deal with any ‘money blocks' that might getting in the way of your success. (spoiler alert, most of us have them!)
- The Model – Next, we need to get clear on how you want your business to operate. For example, how many hours a week do you want to work? How many weeks per year? Do you want to work only with 1-1 clients or perhaps offer workshops too? Most importantly of all, will your ideal working setup provide the income you require? If not, we'll work together to create a business model that does.
DAY TWO
- The Market – in this session, we'll get 100% clear on who you want to work with, the problem they have and the solution you will provide. We'll overcome the “niche issue” and the fear we all have about narrowing down our target market. You'll learn why this is the best approach for you and your clients and by doing so, how you can become the go-to specialist in your market, have clients come to you and charge what you're worth.
- The Map – The final piece of the puzzle is to take all our work from the above sessions and create a 90-day plan. You'll learn how to implement a system that removes all the uncertainty from your working day and you'll know the exact four tasks you need to complete each week to rapidly build your business. You'll work directly with Mark to hone your plan so you're set up and ready for success in the 30-day sprint!
The 30-Day Sprint:
With all the foundational work completed, it's time for action! We'll take the first 30 days of your 90-day plan and implement it together. Using the planning and productivity system you'll have learnt, each week you'll identify four key target actions that will move you towards your goal. At the end of each week, we'll have a group coaching call where you can report your progress that week.
Even with the best plan in place, things tend not to always go as smoothly as we'd like! During the week you're bound to hit some roadblocks, both mental and physical, that will slow your progress down. Mark will help you tackle them and create a plan to overcome them should they arise again.
Then, Mark will help you get clear on your four actions for the coming week and help you identify resources you may need and any potential roadblocks you might face.
We'll repeat this process four times and end the sprint on day 30 with a final call where you can get any remaining questions answered and any additional coaching you need.

Mark Austin
Mark has been building businesses across a range of industries since 1999. He started a marketing consultancy in 2009 to help local business owners in Spain which led to him developing his own software platforms to meet their needs.
After working so closely with other business owners for many years it became apparent that the majority of them struggled to take clear and consistent action.
In 2014 Mark went to California to study and train in high-performance practices and principles. On becoming certified he combined this knowledge with his extensive business experience and launched his coaching practice in 2015.
Over the years since, he has helped many coaches and therapists gain the clarity and confidence they need to make the impact and income they desire and deserve. Mark has continued to gain new skills and in 2020 he completed the Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy Diploma with the college.
