Hi, I’m Harriet! I’m a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist in private practice, a coach and supervisor at the UK college of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. I’m also a course advisor!
My journey into the world of therapy started with a passion for mental health and well-being. This led me to study psychology for my undergraduate degree with a dream to pursue a career as a therapist.
After university I somehow ended up working in finance for 3 years (I still have no idea how I got there!) but very fortunately, I found my way back to following my dream when I found The UKCHH back in 2020.
Since qualifying, I have been running my own private practice and have supported over 200 clients! I have specialisms in binge eating, body image, self-esteem and generalised anxiety. Alongside working 1:1 with clients, I have created my own courses, digital toolboxes including a library of hypnosis recordings, ran workshops for companies, and even was invited as a guest lecturer at a UK university to speak about hypnotherapy! The opportunities that I have been presented with since completing the Hypno-CBT® diploma have simply been incredible.
