At The UK College of Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy, our mission is to deliver the highest quality hypno‑psychotherapy training that not only qualifies you but truly sets you on the path to success. Over the years, our programme has evolved dramatically—and today, we’re announcing some important pricing updates that allow us to continue to offer and develop the depth and quality of the Hypno-CBT® Diploma programme.

A Journey of Transformation – then and now

When I took the Hypno‑CBT® Diploma myself back in 2007—when Donald Robertson ran the College—the course was a simple Level 4 training and I paid £2,370 (no VAT at this time as the College was so small it didn't need to register for VAT).
Curious about how my investment in my training would translate to today’s terms, I recently calculated what today's price would be (using the Bank of England’s inflation calculator) and found that, adjusted solely for inflation, that original price would be roughly £4,836 (Including VAT)..

Since I took over the College in 2013, we’ve transformed the Diploma dramatically by adding many elements including:

• Extensive tutoring and regular practice sessions
• Extra resources and a vibrant membership hub
• In-depth business and marketing support
• Additional modules and a Certificate in CBT
• A new externally verified NCFE Level 5 Higher Diploma qualification
• A Senior Advisory Board
• And much much more!

A Shift from “Just Training” to “Career Success”

IIn addition, for the last 3 years we have shifted from merely offering training courses to a full vocational training for a new career, particularly investing in ongoing business and marketing support.

As we've done this we've seen that to succeed, a high quality professional clinical skills training is not enough! Nor is it enough to offer exceptional quality business coaching and marketing webinars.

For 90% of people there also needs to be deep personal growth to overcome engrained habits of hesitation, procrastination, shyness and lack of confidence as a self-employed professional.

What's make this so unique is that we have already been offering what is essentially
a “three-courses-in-one” programme: – clinical skills training, personal development and business skills training.

So when you take the Hypno-CBT® Diploma you are beginning a transformational journey in three aspects:

1/ Professional Clinical Skills Training
as a Hypno-CBT® Therapist

2/ Business Skills Training
as a self-employed professional.

3/ Personal Development and Growth Programme
to ensure success as a self-employed therapist.

And we are committed to developing this unique approach further, over the next few months.

Our determination is that if you are accepted on the Hypno-CBT® Diploma Programme you achieve real success as a therapist in private practice.  In order to do this properly, and provide the individual level of support required, we need to raise our fees.

New Pricing Effective March 5, 2025

Following on from extensive discussions and consultations, taking into account inflation, and In recognition of these significant enhancements—and to be able to continue investing in providing even greater value—we are updating our fees starting March 4, 2025.

The new prices for the Hypno-CBT® Diploma will be as follows::

• Hypno-CBT® Diploma 12 month payment plan: £480/month (inc VAT)
• Hypno-CBT® Diploma Pay in Full: £4,992 (inc VAT)

Fees for other courses and workshops will also be increasing by a similar proportion.

Special Opportunity for Existing Prospective Students – “Hold the Price”

We value our longstanding community. If you’ve been with us for a while and are familiar with our previous pricing, and understandably experiencing a “price adjustment”, I want to offer you the chance to lock in the current prices for a month or two – or possibly longer on a case by case basis.

How do I “hold the price”?

Simply book in a professional discussion with our Course Advisor, Danielle Arthurs, and she will work out with you a plan to book the Diploma at the current price – at least for the next month or two, and possibly longer..
