I work with and help clients who suffer from anxiety (e.g. performance anxiety, public speaking fear, exam anxiety, social anxiety).
I can also help people with
– intrusive thoughts or/and compulsive behaviour
– low self-esteem
– confidence issues
– people who want to get rid of unwanted habits (e.g. nail biting, smoking)

Clients in my practice who are stressed can learn relaxation techniques, learn about and practice mindfulness, and learn to be more assertive and in control of their lives.
I provide confidential services in a professional and non-judgmental environment that is safe and specific to each individual. Moreover, I welcome feedback from my clients and adapt my approach to meet their needs while working professionally and consistently in line with the Code of Ethics to assure the best outcome for the client.
In addition to my private practice, I am a university lecturer in Psychology. I also joined a team at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy in London where I teach evidence-based hypnotherapy, offer supervision and I coach Online Diploma students.
