Discover Hypno-CBT®
The Modern Approach to Hypnosis, Meditation and Therapy
Learn about our Hypno-CBT® training programme: the Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
In this free webinar, we'll introduce you to a modern, research informed model of hypnosis (without “trance”) – and how it can integrated elegantly into many types of therapy.
However we'll go further and how you our special Hypno-CBT® where hypnosis is integrated with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and with mindfulness and meditation.
Hypno-CBT®: a modern integration of hypnosis and CBT.
Drawing on research into the nature of hypnosis and also the effectiveness of CBT, Hypno-CBT® combines two of the most powerful and effective psychotherapy interventions into one coherent system.
There are now dozens of clinical trials where it has been shown that adding hypnosis to CBT, known as CBT+Hypnosis or Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, improves outcomes over CBT alone.
Rather than merely adding hypnosis to CBT, the Hypno-CBT® approach takes this much further with a deep integration of the two therapeutic approaches.
The UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy is a world leader in the integration of hypnosis, mindfulness and CBT.
We have an intensive training in Hypno-CBT® that results in a Level 4 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (externally awarded by NCFE)
The Hypno-CBT® approach lets you develop your treatment programmes tailored to the populations you wish to support with therapeutic change.
Whether that is exam stress for teenagers, chronic back pain, weight control, social confidence, public speaking training, or even philosophical approaches that are looking at the whole meaning and purpose of life – the wide range of tools and approaches and theories will let you design your own approach to helping others.
