1/ What Commissions can I Earn?

Here’s how you can earn commissions with SHARE THE WISDOM:

– 12% commission for your first three successful Diploma referrals.
– 14% commission for 4-6 successful Diploma referrals.
– 16% commission for more than six Diploma referrals.

Important: To move to the next tier of commission, you will need to apply for an
upgrade. The commission tier does not change automatically, so please contact us
once you have reached the required number of referrals.
“Successful Diploma referral” means that someone you referred,
who was new to our system, booked the Hypno-CBT® Diploma

2/ Payment Terms

Commissions are based on the amount we receive, excluding VAT (ex-VAT), and are
paid 40 days after we receive payment from the customer, to account for the 30-
day cancellation period during which students can withdraw.

Payment options impact commissions: If a student pays the full
course fee upfront, your commission is based on the full ex-VAT amount. If they
choose a 12-month payment plan, commissions will be calculated on each payment
as it is received.
Membership fees do not earn commissions.


Commission Payment Examples

Example 1: Payment in Full

• Course Fee: £3,442 (including VAT)
• Ex-VAT Amount: £2,868.33 (Course fee of £3,442 divided by 1.2 to exclude VAT)

If a student pays the full course fee upfront, the commission is based on the ex-VAT amount (£2,868.33). Here’s how the commission would be calculated:

• For the first 3 successful referrals (12% commission): £2,868.33 × 12% = £344.20
• For 4-6 successful referrals (14% commission): £2,868.33 × 14% = £401.57
• For more than 6 successful referrals (16% commission): £2,868.33 × 16% = £458.93

Payment Timing: The commission will be paid 40 days after we receive payment,
provided there are no cancellations.

Example 2: 12-Month Payment Plan

• Monthly Payment: £329 (including VAT)
• Ex-VAT Amount: £274.17 (£329 divided by 1.2 to exclude VAT)
• Total Ex-VAT Amount Over 12 Months: £274.17 × 12 = £3,290

If a student chooses the 12-month payment plan, commissions are calculated based
on the monthly payments we receive. Here’s how the commission would be
calculated for each month:

• For the first 3 successful referrals (12% commission): £274.17 × 12% = £32.90 per month (Total over 12 months = £394.80)
• For 4-6 successful referrals (14% commission): £274.17 × 14% = £38.38 per month ( Total over 12 months = £460.56 )
• For more than 6 successful referrals (16% commission): £274.17 × 16% = £43.87 per month ( Total over 12 months = £526.44 )

Payment Timing: The commission will be paid 40 days after we receive payment,
provided there are no cancellations.

3/ Cookie Tracking and Eligibility

Our system uses cookie tracking for 12 months, meaning if someone visits the
website through your referral link and returns within 6, 10, or even 12 months to book
the Diploma, you will still earn your commission.
However, commissions are only paid for bookings made within this 12-month period.
If someone books after the 12-month window, the referral will not qualify for
commission. Additionally, the lead must be new to our system – if the lead is
already in our database, it will not count towards your referrals.

will truly love the Hypno-CBT® approach and appreciate the unique, integrative
training we provide. When sharing SHARE THE WISDOM, think about individuals

help ensure that each student is a great fit for the course and will gain the most from
the experience.
