Hi, I’m Denise, a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist in private practice https://joyspacetherapy.com/ a coach and supervisor at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and a course advisor.
My background is in both corporate marketing and hypnotherapy.
I currently specialise in helping people struggling with sleep, stress, and anxiety. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals and organisations to help people feel calmer, think more clearly, and perform at their best, without burning out in the process.
What I love about my course advisor role is that it sits right at the intersection of those two worlds. I get to speak with people who are curious about hypnosis, whether they’re exploring a career change, looking to deepen their therapeutic skills, or simply wanting to understand themselves better, and I help them figure out if this path is genuinely right for them.
When we speak, my approach is always open and honest. There’s no pressure. Just a conversation to understand where you are, what you’re looking for, and whether this training aligns with that. If it does, I’ll guide you through the next steps. If it doesn’t, that’s completely okay too.
