INSTRUCTIONS
Use this form to book your Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy if you want alternative dates to the Fast-Track Diploma
– i.e. you would like to select the dates of Stage 1, Stage 2 & Stage
1/ For each Stage of the Diploma simply choose the dates you wish to take it in.
Note: you must take the Stages in the correct order.
Please make sure Stage 2 is after Stage 1 and Stage 3 is after Stage 2
2/ Then choose your payment schedule
There is a £400 saving if you select “Pay in Full”.
There is a £100 saving if you are booking more than 30 days before the start date of Stage 1.
You can select your payment plan schedule – either 6, 12 or 18 months.
Please note that 18 month payment plans may require a credit check and references.
