Hi, I’m Anoushka, a course advisor at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy.
My journey started when I studied Applied Psychology for my undergraduate degree, leading me to work as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in the NHS, delivering low-intensity CBT.
After this, I completed a post-graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and became a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. More recently, my career involved recruitment within further education. As you can read, I love people-focused roles where I can help others! Being with the college allows me to continue my passion for Psychology together with guiding people on their journey to reach their career or personal development goals. I’m fascinated by people’s stories and motivations behind taking their next step, I find it inspiring.
On our call together I can guide you through our hypno CBT® diploma course and help you discover whether this is a good fit for you. My calls are friendly, easy going and informative!
