The Diploma develops your knowledge and skills through three connected stages, alongside practice, personal tutoring and assessment.
Stage 1
Evidence-Based Hypnosis
Build core skills in hypnosis, suggestion, self-hypnosis and the therapeutic relationship.
Stage 2
Behavioural Hypnotherapy
Integrate hypnosis with behavioural approaches, helping clients practise new responses and change unhelpful patterns.
Stage 3
Cognitive Hypnotherapy
Work with thoughts, beliefs and assumptions, integrating cognitive methods with hypnosis and imagery.

A route to the Level 5 Higher Diploma
On successfully completing the required training and assessment, you can gain the Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, an NCFE-accredited Customised Qualification with learning outcomes benchmarked at Level 5.
This is an unregulated qualification and is not a nationally recognised qualification. The Level 5 benchmark describes the difficulty and depth of study.

A foundation to build on.
The Diploma is a complete hypnotherapy practitioner qualification in its own right, awarded after successful completion of training and assessment. It provides a foundation from which to develop your practice and continue your professional learning.
For those who want to take their training further, the Advanced Psychotherapy Pathway offers a direction for further study towards RICBT Accredited Psychotherapist status, subject to the pathway’s entry, training, supervision and assessment requirements.
The Diploma does not itself confer RICBT Accredited Psychotherapist status. Further pathway training and any associated fees are separate from this offer.

You may be changing career, returning to an interest in psychology, or adding hypnosis to your existing work as a therapist, psychologist or coach. Previous therapy training is not required.
You will need time for study and practice, a willingness to receive feedback, and the maturity to work responsibly with other people.
Responsible practice starts during training
Empathy, respect for confidentiality, openness to evidence and honest reflection matter. You will take part in practical exercises and engage with your own learning and development.

Do I have to choose my dates now?
No. The published dates are here to help you plan. This offer lets you pay now and choose your eligible 2027 training dates later. The College will help you plan your route. Available dates depend on the eligible intakes and remaining training capacity.
Can I select Online or Live Webcast later?
Yes. You can choose eligible Online or Live Webcast training later. Online uses recorded teaching with personal tutoring and live supervised practice; Live Webcast involves scheduled teaching with a trainer and group. Tutoring hours differ by format. The College can help you consider which route fits your circumstances.
What qualification is included?
The training leads, on successful completion of the required assessment, to the Higher Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy, an NCFE-accredited Customised Qualification benchmarked at Level 5. It is an unregulated qualification and is not a nationally recognised qualification. Read the full qualification information.
What does the price include?
The Professional Diploma includes the three-stage training, digital course materials, personal tutoring appropriate to your chosen format, and supervised practice. The current programme also includes the Hypno-CBT® Helix framework and 12 months of Professional Membership Hub access.
Can I pay monthly?
The £4,990 October Super Early Bird rate for 2027 requires payment in full. If you prefer to spread the cost, the public standard plan is £582 a month for 12 months, totalling £6,984, including VAT. That is a separate payment option and does not receive the Super Early Bird price. Speak with the College about the standard plan.
What happens after enrolment?
You receive your booking confirmation and the College reviews your eligibility. Acceptance is confirmed separately under the booking terms. You then arrange your eligible 2027 dates and training format with the College.
Can I speak with the College before enrolling?
Yes. Book a Discovery Call, call 0207 112 9040, or email enquiries@ukhypnosis.com. You can discuss your goals, study commitments and training options. A call is optional; suitable applicants can enrol directly.
What happens if I change my mind?
The College’s booking terms set out cancellation rights, including a 14-day period from the Confirmation of Acceptance email and conditions for immediate digital access. The published Risk-Free Start Guarantee has separate training-related limits: Online, up to Module 3 or 30 days, whichever comes first; Live Webcast, the first three training days. Read the booking terms and guarantee details, including the claim procedure, before paying.
