Self-efficacy is one of the most important concepts in psychotherapy – and perhaps in education, career development, health, ageing and much more.

Here I share a story about self-efficacy – a personal journey of discovery someone made in one of our workshops – as they learned how to respond to hypnotic suggestions they spontaneously began to rethink and overcome their old fears.
